Overview:

In Venomous Valour, you assist Duncan Hobbhouse with a problem involving a Puffskein and a dangerous plant. This quest takes you through the Hidden Herbology Corridor and requires you to collect a Giant Venomous Tentacula Leaf.

Quest Requirements:

• Professor Hecat’s Assignment 1 Completion

Quest Objectives:

1. Talk to Duncan Hobbhouse

   • Begin the quest by speaking with Duncan Hobbhouse, located on the ground floor of the Defence Against the Dark Arts Tower.

2. Find and Enter the Hidden Herbology Corridor

   • Follow the Quest Marker to the Hogwarts Grounds. Use Incendio to set fire to the entrance and gain access to the Hidden Herbology Corridor.

3. Obtain Proof for Duncan

   • Inside the Hidden Herbology Corridor, use Lumos to protect yourself from the Devil’s Snare. After making your way through, you’ll find Proof for Duncan to the left.

     • Note: There’s also a chest to the right behind some debris, containing Sleek Duelling Gloves (Legendary). Use Depulso (R2/RT) to destroy the debris and claim the chest.

4. Collect Giant Venomous Tentacula Leaf

   • Continue through the corridor, following the Quest Marker, and collect the Giant Venomous Tentacula Leaf.

5. Return to Duncan

   • Once you’ve collected the leaf, return to Duncan in the Defence Against the Dark Arts Tower to complete the quest.
