Overview:

Solved by the Bell is a side quest where you use the Musical Map to find hidden treasure in Hogwarts Legacy.

Quest Requirements:

• Having finished Main Quest: Tomes and Tribulations

• You will need to have unlocked the following spells:

  • Incendio (Finish Hecat’s Assignment 1)

  • Glacius (Finish Hecat’s Assignment 1)

  • Arresto Momentum (Finish Kogawa’s Assignment 2)

Quest Objectives:

1. Find the item

   • Head to Henrietta’s Hideaway to begin the quest.

   • The entrance is located below Merlin’s Trial; go down the stairs next to the trial to find the hideout.

   • Inside, use Incendio on the statue to your left to reveal a cube.

   • Use Accio or Wingardium Levioso to place the cube onto the pedestal.

   • Cast Incendio on the left cube and Glacius on the right cube to open a door behind the cubes.

   • Defeat enemies in the next room and proceed up the stairs on the far left.

   • Cast Arresto Momentum on the wall to proceed.

   • After defeating more enemies, go beneath the balcony and enter the hidden room through the wall.

   • On a table in this room, you will find the Musical Map.

2. Use the Musical Map to find the treasure

   • Travel to Clagmar Castle in the southeast part of the map.

   • Defeat all enemies inside the castle.

   • Look for the bells inside the castle. Hit the bells in the following order to unlock the treasure:

     1. Right bottom bell

     2. Left middle bell

     3. Left second from top bell

     4. Right second from top bell

     5. Left middle bell

     6. Left top bell

     7. Right top bell

   • Once you’ve triggered the melody, a chest will appear to your left. Open the chest to claim your reward.
