It’s time to put your Ancient Magic to the test in Percival Rackham’s Trial! This quest takes you deep into a hidden tower, where you'll face puzzles, Goblin enemies, and a massive magical boss.

Investigate the Goblin Presence

• Meet Professor Fig at San Bakar’s Tower north of Hogsmeade.

• Use Disillusionment to sneak past Ranrok Loyalists or take them down in battle.

• Find a letter from Ranrok inside a tent, then prepare for a fight with a Loyalist Assassin.

• After clearing the area, Fig unlocks the tower, revealing a portrait of Percival Rackham.

Rackham explains that Ancient Magic within the tower has activated your first trial. Time to prove yourself!

Solving Rackham’s Trial

• Step through a magical archway and enter a puzzle-filled chamber.

• Use Accio to pull floating platforms and create paths.

• Activate Ancient Magic spots to reshape the room and uncover hidden chests.

• Fight off Pensieve Guardians (ghostly protectors who don’t go down easily!)

Boss Fight: Pensieve Guardian

• This huge magical enemy summons orbs of different colours. Counter them with matching spells!

• Ancient Magic attacks deal big damage. Collect orbs on the battlefield to use them.

• When the Guardian kneels, go all out for extra damage and finish the fight!

Uncovering the Truth

• After winning, interact with a Pensieve to see a memory of Isidora Morganach, revealing more about Ancient Magic.

• Back at the Map Chamber, Rackham and Charles Rookwood warn of the growing Goblin threat.

• With that, the season changes to fall, setting the stage for your next adventure!
