How to Claim Pre-Order & Premium Bonuses

Unlock all your exclusive gear, cosmetics, and perks the right way

If you pre-ordered Monster Hunter Wilds, picked up the Deluxe or Premium Edition, or just want to make sure you're not missing out on any shiny extras– you’ve come to the right place. This guide walks you through exactly how to claim every single bonus item and cosmetic, including where to find them once they’re unlocked in-game.

Where to Claim Bonuses in Monster Hunter Wilds

All bonus content (whether from pre-orders, Deluxe, or Premium editions) is claimed through the Support Desk found in base camps across the game’s biomes. The earliest one you’ll encounter is in the Windward Plains.

Here’s how to grab your goodies:

  1. Progress through the story until you unlock access to the Base Camp in Windward Plains (this happens early in Chapter 1).

  2. Head to the Support Desk, run by a Palico named Conut in this camp.

  3. Speak with Conut and select “I’d like to request support.”

  4. Choose “Claim Content.”

  5. A list of available DLC and bonus items will appear. Select each one and confirm with “Claim Contents.”

Note: Even if not all bonuses show up on this list, claiming once will typically activate all content associated with your edition or pre-order.

Where to Find Each Bonus Item Once You’ve Claimed Them

Not sure where your shiny new goodies went after claiming them at the Support Desk? You’re not alone. Monster Hunter Wilds doesn’t exactly spell it out for you, so here’s a no-nonsense walkthrough to help you track down every single bonus from the Pre-Order, Deluxe, and Premium Editions.

What to Do If Bonuses Aren’t Showing Up

  1. Make sure you’ve downloaded all DLC from your console or PC’s digital library.

  2. Check for the latest patch update (bonus content may not appear without it).

  3. Visit the Support Desk again if something didn't load the first time.

  4. Still missing content? Consult the in-game Add-Ons menu or your platform’s store page to verify purchase status.

TL;DR Quick Tips:

  • All content is claimed via the Support Desk (usually your first stop after reaching base camp).

  • Some cosmetics and layered gear require Tents, Smithy Gemma, or specific NPCs to access.

  • Pre-order and Premium content may roll out in phases, so keep your game updated!
