Elden Ring: Nightreign Everything You Need to Know
Nightreign is a standalone, session-based action RPG set in the same universe as Elden Ring, but built around a roguelike loop. Players begin each expedition at level one and must survive three in-game days while battling through shifting enemies, time-sensitive challenges, and powerful bosses known as Nightlords.
Exploration takes place in the cursed region of Limveld, where the map dynamically changes between cycles. Combat mixes the precise timing of Soulsborne games with faster movement, co-op teamwork, and greater freedom of movement (like wall-running and gliding).
Every expedition begins at the Roundtable Hold, where players choose their character, customise their build, and prepare for the days ahead. Win or lose, each run contributes to long-term growth through relics, Vessels, and other progression systems.
